Agreement
By accessing treviox.kutoot.com or using the Treviox platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Treviox is a product of Kutoot Innovations Private Limited. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
Services
Treviox provides business operations software, workflow automation, and related technology services. Specific features, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual subscription agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).
Intellectual Property
Treviox and all associated software, documentation, and branding are owned by Kutoot Innovations Private Limited. Customer data remains the property of the customer. Custom configurations become client property as specified in individual agreements.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during engagements. NDAs in subscription agreements supersede this section where applicable.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest. Kutoot may suspend platform access for overdue accounts exceeding 45 days.
Limitation of Liability
Kutoot Innovations Private Limited liability is limited to fees paid for the specific subscription giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
